Getting started is simple. Email us your department patch, rough sketches, logos, or ideas along with your target quantity and preferred finish. Our professional graphic designer creates detailed digital artwork with unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. Once approved, a 60% deposit initiates production, followed by a realistic 3D rendering within 10 days for your final approval.
Reliable production and fast delivery
Standard manufacturing takes 6 to 8 weeks, but if your agency faces an urgent ceremony or retirement date, our expedited service delivers finished coins in just 3 to 4 weeks for a $150 rush fee. Before shipping, we send high-resolution photos of your completed coin run. Once the remaining 40% balance is settled, your order ships promptly via USPS Priority Mail.
